Methodological aspects in the study of the relationship between leadership and emotional intelligence
Abstract
Abstract: More often leadership is associated with the study of the concept of emotional intelligence, which won great popularity in the public space and in academic research. Gaining popularity assertion that leaders need to be emotionally intelligent. In this way number of authors explain why some leaders are more successful than others in dealing with situations of different nature. The relationship between these two concepts remains current. This paper presents a systematic methodology based on related items. The relationships between leadership and emotional intelligence are considered as different: leadership → emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence → leadership. As additional features can be searched practically applicable results related to specific research objects.References
