WAYS OF INFLUENCES IN SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The only sure thing is change, and the ability of organizations to deal with the changes that occur provides their competitive advantages. For this purpose, organizational learning and adaptation of the organization are necessary, which is carried out through its employees. This involves looking at the relationships that exist within the organization and its interactions with employees. The report examines organizational learning, personality in the social organization, emotional intelligence, directions of influence between person and organization and personal adaptation and learning behavior.
