APPROACHES FOR MEASURING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Abstract
През последните десетилетия интересът на теоретици и
изследователи към емоционалната интелигентност се е увеличил в пъти в
сравнение с този към коефициента за интелигентност. В теоретичните
разработки се издигат хипотези, че емоционалната интелигентност е нещо
повече от когнитивна интелигентност и вероятно се измерва с методи,
различни от тези, които отчитат само коефициента за интелигентност.
Различни автори налагат и защитават различни концепции свързани с
разбирането и изследването на емоционалната интелигентност. Представени
са най-наложилите се с времето и базирани на теоретични разбирания
инструменти за измерване нивото на емоционалната интелигентност, а именно
ЕИ като способност, смесени модели, ЕИ като личностна черта.
