THE ROLE OF UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE SYSTEMS IN TIMES OF CRISIS
Abstract
В условията на продължителна икономическа криза, съпровoдена с
високи нива на безработица, осигурителните програми, покриващи този
социален риск, ще имат все по-важна роля като инструмент за преодоляване на
негативните последствия от кризата. В световен мащаб това налага
задълбочен анализ на тези програми с оглед елиминиране на недостатъците им,
укрепване на техния капацитет и търсене на нови възможности за
оптимизирането им.
