MODEL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE REAL ESTATE AGENCIES IN BULGARIA
Abstract
In the present exposition are observed a specific key aspects of human
resource management in the real estate agencies and provided by them services in
Bulgaria. An opportunities for improvement are outlined. A model for development is
presented, based on five main activities.
