VIDEO INTERVIEWING – A MODERN METHOD OF TALENT ACQUISITION IN BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
This article dwells on the phenomenon of “video interviewing” as a
modern talent acquisition method, applied in business organizations. Etymologic study of
this construct, its related terms and description of its basic characteristics are performed.
Different types of video interviewing and numerous application spheres are identified. The
reasons of its proliferation, its 1 advantages and drawbacks are analyzed too. Recommendations to company
managers are given in relation with their achieving higher efficiency in the implementation
of this method.
