EMPLOYER BRAND - A MEAN OF ATTRACTING TALENTS IN THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The topic of attracting and developing talents is among the most debated
issues in the field of human resources in the recent years. Although the direct link between
employer brand and the success of the process of engaging talents has not yet proven,
many top managers in large Bulgarian and foreign organizations share that the good
employer brand makes significant contribution to the process of selecting new employees.
The aim of the report is to outline what is employer brand and how it can be used in
the process of attracting talented people in the organization.
