THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL STATEMENT AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL: MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND ANALYSIS OF GOOD PRACTICES
Abstract
The paper discusses some practical issues and European best practices
related to the modern management tool "Intellectual Capital Statement". The aim is to
provide opportunities for its application in the context of managerial and social skills
development in Bulgarian enterprises and to identify opportunities for effective actions
within an organization, incl. changes in the management of a company.
