Abstract

Practices of corporate boards are the focus of researchers in the last
decade. The dynamics of external environment determined necessity of reforms in
corporate governance. Institutional pressure and new requirements of stakeholders to
practices of boards have changed traditions and evolution to convergence and revolution.
