MODEL FORSTRATEGY OF TECHNOLOGY NEW VENTURES
Abstract
This report aims presenting the results from a research on the specifics
of strategy modeling for technology new ventures by proposing a process for modeling of
strategy for technology new venture and to propose a model for strategy of technology
new ventures, developed by the author. The proposed model is subject of further
quantitative and qualitative verification, research and approbation and is created according
the proposed in this article process for modeling of strategies for technology new ventures.
The report contains also overview of the process of strategy management and the place of
modeling of strategies in it, as well as an overview of the factors which play significant role
in the modeling of strategy for technology new ventures. The proposed model for strategy
for technology new ventures is subject of further analysis and approbation and it will be
used as a base for further research, tests and experiments on the topic.
