ПРОБЛЕМИ НА РЕГИОНАЛНОТО РАЗВИТИЕ И СЪТРУДНИЧЕСТВОТО В БАЛКАНСКИЯ РЕГИОН.
Abstract
В доклада се акцентира върху геоикономическите измерения на
регионалното сътрудничество на Балканите. В условията на евроинтеграция
важно значение има регионалното сътрудничество, свързано с изграждането на
трансграничното сътрудничество, инвестциите и укрепването на пазара на
труда. В тази степен статията се опитва да изведе онези проблеми, които
могат да допринесат за смекчаването на различията. Може би е прекалено да се
иска това от регион, който няма исторически опит за сътрудничество в
решаване на каквито и да било общи проблеми, какво остава за транспорта, но
пътят за развитието между страните от Баканите минава през тяхното
регионално развитие.
