PROBLEM AREAS OF THE CONCESSIONING OF THE BALKANS
Abstract
In this report the author will attempt to present the problem areas of the
concessioning in the Balkans. Will be present opportunities for the development of the
transport infrastructure through concessioning on objects in the territory of the separate
countries connecting Bulgaria with its neighbors and on this basis will be bring out the
specific problem areas of the concessioning on the Balkans.
