INCREASING MOTIVATION THROUGH GAME-LIKE APPROACH IN MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The purpose of the development is to explore and reveal how the application of gaming
approach in the management of an organization would stimulate the commitment of
employees to work, their efficiency and productivity in general.
The connections between game playing and motivation will be further elucidated
the staff.
