ASSESSMENT CENTERS AS A METHOD FOR RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to show the increasing role of the
assessment centers (AC) in the world. Nowadays the assessment centers are used for
recruitment, potential appraisal, promotion, human resource development. This study also
examine the techniques which are most used during a sample AC and advantages/
disadvantages of this method.
