APPLICATION OF Z-SCORE MODEL FOR BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Abstract
В настоящата статия разглеждаме анализ, предлагащ
предвиждане на корпоративен неуспех преди той да се случи. Разбира се,
предвиждането му има особено значение за собствениците, инвеститорите и
кредиторите на предприятието. Обикновено предупредителни сигнали за
влошаване на състоянието могат да бъдат забелязани няколко месеца, а в
конкретни случаи дори години по-рано.
