RISKS AT CONCESSIONING IN BULGARIA
Abstract
In this report the author will attempt to present a risks at concessioning in
Bulgaria. The risks and problems, accompanying concessions, threatening the both of
them a concessionaire and the concedent. In this regard, the success of the concession
depends on effective risk management, which includes the defining the risk, identifying of
the factors that influencing it, analysis and a risk assessments by using different methods
and techniques, developing of strategy for overcoming its, developing on a system of
initiatives to counteract and active control over the results.

01.01.2008 г. до 31.12.2010 г. / издаден с Разпореждане № 168 от 04.08.2011 г.
