HUMAN RESOURCES AND PRIORITIES IN TRANSPORT IN BULGARIA
Abstract
Transport, as an industry of the Bulgarian economy, and mostly the human resources engaged in it, is influenced by a number of market and political changes. These changes are reflected in the official statistical data for the sector, which on the other hand indicate the opportunities for implementation of projects, plans, strategies. An example of the latter in the Transport sector is the “Strategy for the Development of the Transport System of the Republic of Bulgaria Until 2020”. The prompt and timely entry of statistical data reflecting the variations is the grounds for timely changes to be undertaken within the strategic activities implementation.References
