Customer relationship management
Abstract
This article puts focus on the evolution and nature of the marketing concept and its relation to the customer relationship management. A distinction is made between the concepts of consumer and customer as well as the types of relations "supplier - customer". The aim of the study is to make a review of literature on the subject and thus to create preconditions for the implementation of best practices in business.References
